Terms and conditions

a. Booking Amount
For the purpose of calculating cancellation charges, "booking amount" shall mean the total amount (including taxes) paid to the agent.

b. Bank Charges
A 3% bank charge will be applicable for all cancellation requests received within 48 hours prior to the service time.

c. Surcharge
surcharge of INR 590 (AI) shall be applicable for any booking request received within 12 hours of the service time.

d. Refund Processing
PrimeFly shall endeavor to process refunds, if applicable, within 15 days from the date of cancellation and receipt of bank/credit card details.

e. Rescheduling Requests
All rescheduling requests must be received at least 24 hours prior to service time to be considered valid. All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policies

  1. 72 hours prior to the scheduled service time – 3% of the booking amount will be charged.

  2. Between 72 to 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time – 10% of the booking amount will be charged.

  3. Between 48 to 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time – 50% of the booking amount will be charged.

  4. Less than 24 hours to the scheduled service time – 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

f. No Refunds
No refunds will be made in the following cases:

  • Incorrect information about travel details of guest(s) provided during the booking process.
  • No-show: If the passenger does not arrive at the meeting point within 30 minutes of the agreed arrival time.
  • Booking amount paid for service add-ons.
  •  Delayed, missed, or cancelled flights.
  • Refunds will be given only if the service was booked at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If the booking is made within 24 hours, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Late arrival at the airport, resulting in denied check-in or boarding by the airline.
  • Misconduct or any unlawful or prohibited activity by the agent or guest(s).
  • If the agent has availed of promotions, offers, discounts, or cash back during booking.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS ON PRIMEFLY

PRIMEFLY ACCEPTS PAYMENTS FOR BOOKING VIA CREDIT CARDS, DEBIT CARDS, UPI, WALLET AND NET BANKING. CURRENTLY, PRIMEFLY DOES NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT IN FOREIGN CURRENCIES.

You can write to support@primefly.in , the Refund will be managed outside this platform after carefully reviewing the cancel request reason.
